Henry has physiotherapy in the Children's Unit every fortnight for the Cerebral Palsy that affects his whole body. He will need to attend physiotherapy sessions throughout his childhood.
Henry is a happy and very smiley boy. He is trying to develop strength to hold his head up for longer. This will help him to watch his older brother and laugh at his antics. He uses a standing frame to support him. He can put toys on the tray of his frame and when standing he loves being nosy and keeping an eye on his family.
Henry needs toys that are easy to get going. That could mean simple switches to turn on a musical toy. Using switches helps him develop his communication skills. He would benefit from access to more of these specialist toys and the supportive furniture that is available in a multi-sensory room.
