lord pembroke opens new theatresIn 2007, the Stars Appeal set out to raise funds for two important projects, the Keyhole Cancer and Little Lives Campaigns. We were delighted to announce in December 2007 that we had reached our targets.

In January 2008 supporters joined us to see Lord Pembroke open the new Theatres and to meet with Neonatal Intensive Care nurses to learn how the new equipment benefited premature and critically ill babies Unit. In addition to these campaigns, the Stars Appeal has also benefited from generous contributions to many other wards and departments within the Hospital helping to provide patients in these areas with the best possible care.

The Stars Appeal continues to raise funds for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit through the Little Lives Fund and for Cancer related projects through the Pembroke Unit Fund. To find our more about fundraising for these and other wards and departments please contact us.
